Last Chance to Order the Yearbook and DVD!
Dear Classmates, the DVDs and group pictures were mailed out at the end of March. If you have not received the package, please email peggyl@linkline.com as soon as possible. The printing of the yearbook is complete and should be in the mail in Mid April. Since the yearbooks are mailed out from Taiwan, it will take a week to arrive here. Therefore, you should receive it by the end of April. If there is any changes, I'll update this website for the latest information.

We still have extra DVDs and yearbooks. If you did not attend the reunion but you would like to have a copy of the DVD and the yearbook, you can order it NOW. "It is a Beginning of a Wonderful Renewed Friendship!"
The three day reunion is over and we are going back to our normal life. But life will never be the same after these three days of laughter and tear. We are filled with old memory and renewed friendship. But three days is so short and we have so much to catch up with so many friends. If you have some feeling that you want to share with old friends, a message board has just been added into the website where you can post your message as well as reading other's messages. I borrowed the code from some other place and did not test it fully. If you experience any problem, please email me.

I am also receiving pictures from friends. I'll try to put the pictures on this website as soon as possible. So, if you have pictures that you would like to share with other classmates, please also email to me. And don't forget to check the website freqently for new pictures and messages.

More Dance Rehearsals in Northern California
Attention all the classmates in Northern California! The 1972 Beinu Alumni in Northern California are busy preparing their reunion evening program, as one of the four parts of the Saturday evening banquet performance. They will dance to the tune of Chang Huei Mei's ( 張惠妹) "Carmen". The first rehearsal was a great success!  There will be four more rehearsals scheduled as follows:  8/31 from 3 to 5 PM at Huei-Mei Kao's residence at 70 Palacio Court, Fremont,  9/7 from 3PM to 5PM , 9/15 from 10AM to 12PM, and 9/22 from 10AM to 12PM at
the Chinese Culture Center.  If you are interested and would like to have some laugh with old friends, please contact Huei-Mei at (510)887-3553 or email her for direction.  Bring a friend!
Dance! Dance! Dance!
Attention all the classmates in Southern California! The reunion committee is planning a program for the Saturday evening banquet (9/28). It consists of performances from classmates in Texas, New Jersey, Northern California and Southern California. The program from Southern California is a group dance designed by a famous dance teacher 羅楚瑩. We need dancers, the more the better. There will be six rehearsals every Saturday from 10AM to 1PM starting August 10 at 18430 San Jose Ave., City of Industry, CA 91748. The first rehearsal on 8/10 will start from 9AM instead of 10AM.  You don't need to have any experience to participate. It is guaranteed to be a lot of exercise and laugh. Congratulations to all the No. 1s
   As of May 24, 2002, we have found 477 classmates!  高三誠班 is leading all the 22 classes with 46 classmates found!  Plus two classmates who already passed away, there are only 12 people unaccounted for.  Thanks for her class representative, 李玲美, for her endless energy and persistence!  高三勤班 is in a close second with 39 classmates found, followed by 禮 班 (30 found), 和 班 (29 found), and 平 班 (also 29 found).  Congratulations and thanks to the class representatives of the above classes for their hard work!

On the registration record,  高三勤班 has the most number of people registered : 6. 婁曉蘭(勤班) of Arcadia, California is the first person to register.  She sent in her registration form on March 15, only a few days after we sent out the first invitation letter.  汪詠絮 (義班 ) of Richmond, Canada is the first one to register from outside US.   We heard that there will be several classmates coming from Taiwan, but we haven't seen any registration yet.

   The first invitation letter was mailed out on the second week of March.  Check your mail, if you don't receive it by mid March, you can
  • Download the registration form here.  Note that you need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x to view the registration form correctly.  Secondly, you have to adjust the printer scale to 90% to make it fit in one page.  You can find all the information in this website.
  • You can send an email to Wendy Chen and give her your name and address and she will send the form to you.  Please include your Class and ID number.  You can find the class letter at the top row of the class directory and your ID # at the leftmost column.  It will help us to identify your Chinese name and put your information in our master file.
  • You can join our mailing list reunion30@casablanca.linkline.com by sending an email to join-reunion30@casablanca.linkline.com from your favorite email address.  This mailing list is set up for reunion committee members, class representatives and anyone who is interested in helping.
